We're looking for a Business Development Representative to lead outbound efforts and help these businesses make the leap from invisible to undeniable.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of outbound prospects using modern sales frameworks.
- Execute multi-channel outreach — email, LinkedIn, cold calls — to connect with business owners and decision-makers.
- Run consultative discovery calls to understand a prospect's gaps and map them to UpMarka's services.
- Lead the sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement, with a clean handoff to our delivery team.
- Refine your own workflow using internal tools and feedback loops to improve conversion over time.

- You have outbound sales experience or the drive and aptitude to learn complex B2B sales quickly.

Compensation
